My name is John Hogan, Owner of Blue Nail LLC. When I was in middle school, the garage of my Mother’s house was converted into a living space for my Grandma who was battling cancer. The room was beautiful – spacious with skylights and large closets. It was the main selling point of our home when we had to put the house up for sale. It was quick and easy to find a buyer at the listed price. Piece of cake! Or so it seemed..

Our Process

For New Installations, our two-step approach is as follows:

#1 We promise to visit your home within 2 business days (weather permitting) of your consultation request to complete a full inspection, take digital photos, measure your home, and prepare the estimate for the proposal stage. You have the option to be home or carry on with your day, as this is simply a preliminary step for us to get familiar with the project.

#2 We schedule a good time to meet at your convenience. We will walk you through each step of the project and help you understand how to best protect your investment. We will do our best to help you visualize the completed project right at your kitchen table with samples, photos from past projects, and optional 3D Rendering.
